Traditional blonde ale brewed with real peach juice. Refreshing and light ale. Hopped with Willamette and Fuggle. ABV: 5.8%
Kent's Town Hefeweizen
German-style wheat beer. A crisp, drinkable beer with esters of banana and clove. Hopped with Mt. Hood. ABV: 4.7%
422 Highway to Helles
A German style lager with a little more body than most other lagers. The slight haze accentuates the malt backbone of this beer. Clean and refreshing. Hopped with Nugget and Mt. Hood. ABV: 5.6%
Snake Hill Stout
Delicious, complex stout. Hints of coffee, chocolate, and molasses. A clean, dry finish brings out the distinct flavors. Hopped with Galena and Fuggle. ABV: 9.5%
McFarland Creek Wee Heavy
Strong Scottish ale with subtle hints of tea, lemon, and honey. Distinctly clear and refreshing. Hopped with Columbus. ABV: 8.0%
Pond Scum IPA
A hazy IPA. Clean and refreshing with a slight bitterness at the end. Hopped with Columbus, Simcoe, Triumph from Auburn Acres, and Citra. ABV: 6.9%
I'm not an Otter Oktoberfest
A German-style Märzen done in the tradition of Oktoberfest. Initially sweet with a dry finish. Hopped exclusively with Mt. Hood. ABV: 6.6%
Beartown Honey Brown Ale
An American brown ale with honey from our friends at Percy Homestead. Notes of bread, caramel, chocolate, honey, nuts, and raisins. Relatively mild bitterness. Hopped with Magnum and Fuggle. ABV: 6.1%
Incisor Blackberry-Raspberry Sour
An intense fruit flavored ale brought out by real blackberry and red raspberry juice. Sour to the taste. Hopped with Mt. Hood. ABV: 9.2%
Geauga Fresh Hop Pale Ale
A single malt pale ale hopped with local Geauga County fresh hops. Light with a mild hop bite. Hopped with Cascade from Grant Mackay and Chinook from Brett Schultz. ABV: 5.9%
Parkman Pumpkin Ale
A seasonal, spiced, pumpkin ale made with pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, clove, and black pepper. Hopped with Magnum and Fuggle. ABV: 7.7%
Snow Belt Apple-Black Currant Seltzer
Our current gluten-free option. A seltzer brewed with real apple and black currant juice. ABV: 6.0%
