Bainbridge Blackberry Blonde

Traditional blonde ale with real blackberry juice.  Refreshing and light ale.  Hopped with Willamette and Fuggle.  ABV: 5.8%

McFarland Creek Wee Heavy

Strong Scottish ale with subtle hints of tea, lemon, and honey.  Distinctly clear and refreshing.  Hopped with Columbus.  ABV: 8.3%

422 Highway to Helles

Helles style beer with a little more body than a lager. The slight haze accentuates the malt backbone of this beer.   Clean and refreshing.  Hopped with Nugget and Mt. Hood.  ABV: 5.6%

Snake Hill Stout

Delicious, complex stout. Hints of coffee, chocolate, and molasses.  A clean, dry finish brings out the distinct flavors.   Hopped with Galena and Fuggle.  ABV: 9.5%

Beaver Irish Red Ale

Traditional Irish red ale.  Full-bodied caramel malt flavors compliment the hop profile.  Hopped with Columbus, Fuggle, and Mt. Hood.  ABV: 5.6%

Auburn Marsh Altbier

A German-style dark amber or brown beer fermented at a moderate temperature using ale yeast, which gives it a little fruitiness.  Light, crisp, but malty with a distinct bitterness.  Hopped with Magnum and Saaz.   ABV: 5.5%

Beaver Paw Black IPA

Also known as Cascadian Dark Ale, combines the hoppy bitterness of traditional IPAs with the rich, roasted flavors of dark beers.  Hopped with Galena, Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe.  ABV: 6.2%

Huntsburg Weizenbock

A German-style winter wheat beer with a spicy, clove-like flavor. A full-bodied mouthfeel with a rich, malty taste.  Hopped with Mt. Hood.   ABV: 7.2%

Muskrat West Coast IPA

A West Coast IPA made with hops from our friends at Auburn Acres.  Citrus and piney with a hint of orange zest on the backend.  Good hop bite.  Hopped with Chinook, Comet, and Triumph.  ABV: 8.0%

Oatmeal Stout

An inviting English-style oatmeal stout.  Smooth, light roast, refreshing taste with a caramel nose.   Hopped with Magnum and Fuggle.  ABV: 6.1%

Incisor Blue Raspberry Sour

An intense fruit flavored ale brought out by real blue raspberry juice.  Sour to the taste.  Hopped with Mt. Hood.  ABV: 9.5%

Snow Belt Cherry-Blackberry Seltzer

Our current gluten-free option.  A seltzer brewed with real cherry and blackberry juice.  ABV: 6.0%
