Our Current Beers On Tap

Bainbridge Blueberry Blonde

Traditional blonde ale brewed with real blueberry juice.  Refreshing and light ale.  Hopped with Willamette and Fuggle.  ABV: 5.3%

Kent's Town Hefeweizen

German-style wheat beer.  A crisp, drinkable beer with esters of banana and clove.  Hopped with Mt. Hood.  ABV: 4.7%

422 Highway to Helles

Helles style beer with a little more body than a lager. The slight haze accentuates the malt backbone of this beer.   Clean and refreshing.  Hopped with Nugget and Mt. Hood.  ABV: 5.6%

Snake Hill Stout

Delicious, complex stout. Hints of coffee, chocolate, and molasses.  A clean, dry finish brings out the distinct flavors.   Hopped with Galena and Fuggle.  ABV: 9.5%

McFarland Creek Wee Heavy

Strong Scottish ale with subtle hints of tea, lemon, and honey.  Distinctly clear and refreshing.  Hopped with Columbus.  ABV: 8.0%

Auburn Marsh Altbier

A German-style dark amber or brown beer fermented at a moderate temperature using ale yeast, which gives it a little fruitiness.  Light, crisp, but malty with a distinct bitterness.  Hopped with Magnum and Saaz.   ABV: 5.5%

Castorium Cream Ale

An American style beer first brewed in the mid-1800s.   Light in color and crisp tasting.  Smooth mouthfeel.  Hopped with Magnum and Willamette.  ABV: 5.5%

Taylor May IPA

A West Coast IPA made with hops from our friends at Auburn Acres.  Citrus with grapefruit and pine backend.  Good hop bite.  Hopped with Chinook and Comet.   ABV: 7.6%

Bainbridge Blood Orange Creamsicle Blonde

Traditional blonde ale brewed with real blood orange juice, lactose, and Mexican vanilla.   Refreshing with a smooth, creamy taste.  Hopped with Willamette and Fuggle.  ABV: 8.6%

Extra Special Beaver (ESB)

English-style pale ale with a balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness.  Complex malt notes with some fruit esters.  Moderate bitterness.  Hopped with Triple Perle from Auburn Acres and Fuggle.   ABV: 6.4%

Incisor Very Berry Sour

An intense fruit flavored ale brought out by real blue raspberry (banana, pineapple, and cherry), blueberry, and raspberry juice.  Sour to the taste.   Hopped with Mt. Hood.  ABV: 9.1%

Snow Belt Strawberry-Watermelon  Seltzer

Our current gluten-free option.  A seltzer brewed with real strawberry and watermelon juice.  ABV: 6.0%
